Responsibilities
– Assist in planning recruitment activities based on actual proposals from various departments, propose recruitment methods, and manage recruitment costs.
– Assist in searching for, proposing, and posting job ads on recruitment channels.
– Perform resume screening, contact candidates, and arrange interview schedules.
– Assist in organizing interviews, testing, and evaluating candidates’ competencies in detail, in collaboration with specialized departments to make suitable decisions.
– Support in onboarding, guiding, and assigning tasks to new employees on their first working day.
Requirements
– At least 6 months of experience in a similar position, with a background in recruiting IT positions being an advantage.
– Good communication skills in English.
– Problem-solving skills, ability to organize work, agility, and a readiness to learn new knowledge.
– Strong interaction and negotiation skills are advantageous.
– A sense of responsibility and readiness to take on high-difficulty tasks.
– Proficient in basic computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.

Working Hours:
– 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday; remote on Wednesdays
