1. Job description

As a Business Development Manager for the Dutch market, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and establishing partnerships to expand our presence in the Netherlands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic business plans, enhance market share, and foster sustainable growth in this region. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dutch market, local business practices, and the ability to build long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

– Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Netherlands.

– Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Dutch market.

– Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and other key players.

– Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic market positioning.

– Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of local contacts to support business initiatives and opportunities.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align business strategies with market needs.

– Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on progress, challenges, and results to senior management.

 

2.Requirements

– Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of the Dutch language. Proficiency in English is also required.

– Strong understanding of the Dutch market, local business practices, and regulations.

– At least 12 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the Dutch market.

– Proven experience in negotiating and closing business deals.

– Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed business decisions.

– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.

-Knowledge in IT industry is a plus.
