The Role
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for
– Translating customer and partner requirements into high-quality code
– Contributing to the development of a robust and secure API
– Maintaining the performance and reliability of the API, which supports frontend, partner applications, and end-user systems
The backend is fully built in Go, with technologies including MongoDB, Keycloak, and a resilient, redundant infrastructure
Ongoing projects include:
– Migrating to a new infrastructure
– Redesigning our security protocol
Responsibilities
– Push your limits, continuously learn, and engage in constructive technical discussions
– Collaborate and share knowledge to elevate the team
– Significant freedom to influence the technical direction of the platform
– Play a key role in growing the technical team over time
– Code quality is a top priority:
+ Participate in regular code reviews
+ Work using agile workflows (Scrum)
What are we looking for?
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend developer or related technical role
– Experience with Go (Golang) is a strong plus
– Passion for programming beyond a job
– Familiarity with React is a plus
– Proficiency in using GIT for version control
– Solid understanding of RESTful API principles
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking level
– Strong drive to learn and share knowledge
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
– High attention to code quality and best practices
– A sense of ownership and accountability
– A proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude

Work Hours:
– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)
– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
