Mid manual tester

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and perform testing for newly developed or upgraded web/app products.

• Create test plans and test cases; prepare test data and testing environments.

• Test web/app products and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product quality, including:

  • User experience testing

  • Performance testing and identifying issues affecting website functionality

  • Compatibility testing across various devices and browsers

  • Monitor and deeply understand the structure and operations of websites and mobile apps, and provide timely troubleshooting solutions when needed

• Analyze and track test-fix results, and report them using the management system.

• Communicate with and support customers throughout the issue-handling process.

• Draft testing documentation and product descriptions.

• Provide software usage training to users.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in mobile/web testing.

• 3–4 years of experience as a manual tester; experience with automation testing is a plus.

• Good English communication skills.

• Clear orientation toward a Test Lead position.

• Meticulous, patient, proactive, and able to solve problems effectively.

• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support other members of the project.

• Ability to work well under high pressure.

• Eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to actively participating in the company’s internal training and development programs.

Working Hours

• Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)
• Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
