Responsibilities
– Conduct detailed business analyses.
– Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate those requirements into high-quality solutions that underpin various financial services.
– Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and end users to develop innovative solutions for our leading customers.
– Develop process models and workflow diagrams to improve business operations.
– Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.
– Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features or system enhancements.
– Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
What are we looking for?
– Priority: Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO), Project Manager (PM) in Banks, with a strong tech background.
– 3-5+ years of experience.
– Must have knowledge and experience in banking and financial operations.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Knowledge of AI, Low Code, and No Code is a plus.
– Business Analysts with a moderate level of technical knowledge.
– Business Analysis skills and proven track record of designing systems and functionality to build applications.
– Domain Knowledge of the domain to be analyzed is a prerequisite.
– Understanding of SQL, as well as familiarity with object-oriented concepts.
– Practical experience in business modelling and general consultancy is essential.
– Skills and knowledge of data modelling (e.g. creating information models).
– Skills and knowledge about business process designs, business process reengineering.
– Good communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders, knowledge extraction, and requirements engineering.
– Abstract thinking and communication.
– An ideal candidate would have around 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst and have previously worked on projects involving technical software implementations.

– Salary: 30M – 40M VND, negotiable.

Work Hours:
– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)
– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
