Business Analyst (BA) (Remote work for Netherlands Headquarter)

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analyses.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business requirements into clear and structured artifacts such as:
  – functional specifications
  – process flows (e.g., BPMN or similar)
  – basic data/information models
  that underpin various financial services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and end users to develop innovative solutions for our leading customers.
• Develop process models and workflow diagrams to improve business operations.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features or system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Requirements

• Priority: Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO) in Banks, with a strong tech background.
• 3-5+ years of experience.
• Must have knowledge and experience in analysing complex business domains and processes in environments where reliability, security, and compliance are essential (e.g. banking, payments, energy, public sector).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI, Low Code, and No Code is a plus.
• Business Analysts with a moderate level of technical knowledge , including:
  – SQL (basic querying)
  – General understanding of system design or object-oriented concepts
• Business Analysis skills and proven track record of designing systems and functionality to build applications.
• Domain Knowledge of the domain to be analyzed is a prerequisite.
• Understanding of SQL, as well as familiarity with object-oriented concepts.
• Practical experience in business modelling and general consultancy is essential.
• Skills and knowledge of data modelling (e.g. creating information models).
• Skills and knowledge about business process designs, business process reengineering.
• Good communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders, knowledge extraction, and requirements engineering.
• Abstract thinking and communication.
• An ideal candidate would have around 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst and have previously worked on projects involving technical software implementations.

– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)

– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
