Vitex 2025 YEP: TRAINOVATION – Hacking the future state

After a year of building, learning and non-stop working, Vitex’s members have embarked on a 3-day trip at ASEAN Resort – a short break from the usual routine and a chance to reconnect as people, not just coworkers. Every moment passed was meaningful, from the small conversations between activities to the shared smiles that reminded us how far we’ve come together.
Hackathon – Building Something Together
During the Hackathon, each team had a chance to showcase their best solutions with great passion and genuine effort. With the theme SportTech, every member had pushed themselves to think creatively, complete tasks effectively, and build something meaningful within a short time.

It was not about only coding or presenting, it was about how people worked together under pressure, how members encouraged each other when things got stuck, and how every idea, big or small, was respected and later integrated to build a real product if possible. Watching the teams pitch to the judges: Mr.Tony, Mr.Michael, Mr.Hunter, and our partners Pascal and Kurt, showed how much thought and teamwork went into each project. The room felt less like a competition and more like a shared moment where everyone was proud of what they built. Let’s take a look back at each team and their product for Trainnovation’s Hackathon.
The Blank Canvas shows how to start, with dedication and an innovative mindset, they provide an outstanding solution.
Team Hai has great energy, showing a strong sense of collaboration and unity between members.
Future Makers have forged through challenges, rising strong, trying their best to navigate through each questions from judges.
Fire and Ash was driven by constant dedication to creating new solutions, presenting with confidence and strong determination.
High Five showed great vision, with a well completed AI solution, making them the champion of Hackathon.
Team Building – Energy, Laughter, and Team Spirit
The outdoor team-building sessions brought plenty of movement and laughter. Vitex members represent a “work hard, play harder” mindset with tough muscles and cheerful encouragement.
Not every challenge was easy, but everyone showed up, figured strategies together, and played to their best. These are the moments to relax, recharge, and enjoy each other’s company outside the office door.
Gala Dinner – A Night to look back and go beyond
On the final night, Vitex members gathered for the Trainovation – Hacking the future state. Each group prepared a small performance – fun, imperfect, and full of personalities.
It was a simple but heartfelt way to close the year: sharing stories, enjoying each other’s company, and taking a quiet moment to appreciate the journey we’ve been on.
The trip wasn’t grand, but it was meaningful. Trainovation gave our members space to connect, reset, and remember why we do what we do, together.
