Vitex Culture: Not Just Working, Creating a Place People Actually Want to Go To

At Vitex, Members’ve always believed that a workplace should feel like a place you want to be, not a place you have to be. Yes, Members work hard, deliver results, and push ourselves to be better every day. But Members also know that people do their best work when they feel connected, supported, and comfortable being themselves.
That’s why our culture isn’t built on big slogans or complicated programs. It’s built on simple habits, shared moments, and a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together.
Sports: Where colleagues become teammates
Members keep things active because sports are one of the easiest ways to bond, stay healthy, and reset after a long day. Regular movement keeps Viters feeling good, and also keeps our backs strong enough to handle whatever the workday throws at Viters. At Vitex, our teammates naturally form groups around the sports Members enjoy most. Badminton, football, and most recently pickleball have become our most favorites.

Bonding Sessions
Every week, we host Matetalks: short, open, no-pressure conversations where anyone can share. Sometimes, it’s about life, sometimes about work, sometimes just about what’s on our mind. The goal is simple: build trust and understand each other a little better.
These small conversations make a big difference. They help Viters communicate naturally, not just in meetings or messages.
Matetalks: A safe space to share, listen, and relax
Every month on the first Thursday of the month, we gather for Worktalks: a space where teams share what they’ve been building, learning, and improving. It’s not a formal presentation; it’s an open, practical conversation about real work, real challenges, and real progress. The goal is to stay aligned, learn from each other, and make sure everyone sees the bigger picture. These sessions help Viters collaborate better, not just within their own teams, but across the whole company.
On the last Friday of the month, we slow down and gather for Happy Hour: a simple, laid-back time to unwind together. There are just snacks, drinks, and good conversations after a busy month. It’s a chance for Viters to relax, laugh, and connect on a more personal level. These casual moments help us strengthen relationships in ways that meetings never can.
A pantry that feels like home
Our pantry is always open, stocked with snacks as small comforts that make long days easier. It’s where people check in on each other with a quick “Do you want a small treat?” or “Need a break?” happens here all the time. It’s a cozy spot where Viters pause, recharge, and share small moments of care.
It’s not about big events or fancy perks. It’s about creating an environment where people feel welcome, supported, and excited to come in. Where collaboration forms naturally from good energy and excellent work.
