Sales Intern – Planz Project

Responsibilities

– Lead Generation & Outreach: Search for, approach, and introduce the Planz application to potential customers (businesses, agencies, and event professionals).

– Product Support: Assist clients during product demos, free trials, and the implementation of Planz in live events.

– On-site Support: Accompany clients at events (offline or online) to:

• • Record user needs and analyze how they interact with the Planz tool.

  • Observe event management workflows to propose product improvements.

  • Promote the Planz brand on-site.

– CRM & Reporting: Assist in building and updating customer databases, as well as reporting on product usage and feedback.-

– Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and product experience events.

– Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports to the direct manager.

Requirements

– Education: 3rd or 4th-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.

– Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, dynamic personality, a proactive learning mindset, and a willingness to travel and take on challenges.

– Organization: Excellent teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

– Preferred: Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, or a background in the Event Industry, AI, and Technology.

Working Hours

– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)

– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes

– Part-time Policy: Minimum commitment of 80 hours/month.
