Responsibilities

Recruitment Planning: Develop and manage recruitment plans based on departmental needs; propose sourcing strategies, budget estimates, etc.

End-to-End Recruitment: Execute the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure quantity, quality, and timely delivery of hires.

Partnership Management: Maintain, expand, and manage the partner network to support sourcing and talent acquisition.

Data Management: Update and manage recruitment databases/tracking systems.

HR Support: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
-
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience in IT Recruitment is a strong plus.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Competencies: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; agile and eager to learn new knowledge.

Negotiation: Good interaction and negotiation skills.

Attitude: High sense of responsibility; ready to take on challenging tasks.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Base Salary: Up to 15,000,000 VNĐ/month.

Working Hours
– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)
– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
