Responsibilities
– Requirement Management: Receive, gather, and analyze information to clarify product requirements.
– Solution Modeling: Develop models and propose technical solutions based on the gathered requirements.
– Documentation: Compose Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and design wireframes and diagrams.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Developers and Project Managers (PMs) throughout the development cycle to ensure all team members clearly understand the project requirements.
– System Documentation & Support: Create system user manuals, organize training sessions, provide user support, and handle incident reports.
Requirements
– Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
– Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Outsourcing environment.
– Skills: Strong English communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with BA tools (Axure, Figma, Jira); Knowledge of UI/UX is a significant plus.
– Knowledge: Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and writing User Stories; Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage.
– Soft Skills: Proactive self-learning and effective teamwork abilities.

Working Hours
– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)
– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
