Responsibilities
– Receive, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients; proactively propose suitable solutions and models rather than simply recording requirements.
– Produce high-quality requirement specification documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories), wireframes, and diagrams with a high degree of accuracy.
– Collaborate closely with Dev, PM, and clients throughout the project lifecycle; capable of independently leading requirement meetings and conducting document reviews.
– Build and maintain system documentation, support UAT, assist with user onboarding, and handle business-related incidents
– Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) within the BA workflow — including document drafting, gap analysis, user story generation, and meeting note summarization — to maximize personal productivity.
– Vibe coding: ability to build work-support tools by combining AI assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) with basic coding skills: automation scripts, rapid prototypes, and internal team tools.
– Proactively research and propose ways to integrate AI into project or organizational workflows.
Requirements
– Candidates with a background in Information Technology are preferred.
– Minimum 2 years of experience at an IT Outsourcing company.
– Good English communication skills.
– Strong ability to self-learn and work effectively in a team.
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiar with BA tools (Figma, Jira, Claude, etc.); knowledge of UX/UI is a plus.
– Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and User Story writing.
– Knowledge of project management is an advantage.
– Experience mentoring junior BAs or reviewing their documentation.
– Actively uses AI tools in daily work and can share specific examples of how AI has improved their efficiency.
– Has hands-on experience with vibe coding – using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to independently build simple scripts or prototypes. Professional development experience is not required.
– Experimental mindset: enjoys trying new tools, measuring outcomes, and sharing findings with the team.

Working Hours
– Date: Monday to Friday (Remote on Wednesdays)
– Time Options: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
– Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
